What obviously thats what there paid for, to protect the community, however when that doesn't give them the right to victimize black people, black people die disproportionately in custody compared to other races and these fed man get away with it.What your talking about comes with relative poverty, go to any part of the world where there is poverty and the same thing happens, the irony is that the feds are part of an establishment which benefit of this poverty and conditions, thats why they have their jobs and earn there paycheck, next time tell them feds you help pay their wages and they should treat you with respect.
