How do i make my wingers take on the fullback and whip in a cross? i currently have them on winger role with support duty but everytime the receive the ball on the wing they just pass inside to the CM.

Another thing how do i make my striker stay in the box, whenever we are on the counter attack and the winger is running down the wing, my striker who is running through the middle seems to keep up and anticipate the cross but at the last minute he seems to slow down and just stand there then when my winger does put in the cross my striker is no longer in the box, pissing me off i set him to poacher aswell
