If you had said after being f*cked by City 1-5 in August, that come end of March, we will be 5 ahead of Chelsea, 1 behind arsenal in 4th place i woulda laughed.

The great form thing is a bit of a myth, our fixtures this season fell very nicely after mid September up until you lot away a few weeks ago, and how many times do we get postive results away at arsenal, home to Utd and away to Everton, usually thats a point, it just so happened these 3 fell one after another this year. Add to that look at our record against the top 5 this season, appalling.

You can get Harry with his lack of squad rotation, letting good players go on loan in Jan and playing 4-4-2 just about imo

Injuries, loss of form, not taking their chances and a raise in expectation has caught up with spurs

They have some very good players, but there is no winning mentality there, like i said they need more characters like Gallas.. Parker & Defoe have lauded Gallas's spirit and attitude in the press, Billy has been there and done it before, the guys a winner..

3 key moments for me

- Bale 1v1 at anfield to win the game and he misses

- Defoe open goal at the Etihad to win the game and he misses

- 2-0 up at the Emirates and they concede 2 goals in 5 mins before half time and go on to get spanked

Those moments showed me that those players did not have the man power or courage to make history, to win championships you have to take your chances, make statements and be RUTHLESS, Spurs failed..just like we did at St Andrews when we drew 2-2 that season

Also getting robbed at Stoke cost them and Sheyi has had 3 correct goals ruled offside but all in all they ran outta steam, if they would've got decent results in those above 3 games, it would have given them serious momentum

They have had a very good season, I wouldn't say they "bottled it", but it caught up to them in the end.. i respect Man Utd even more this season because Spurs & City have played better imo yet Utd lead the pack

To me personally Defoe has that Darren Bent impact to a team.

Yes he will score goals and he'll also lower the level of everyone else around him. Link up play is poor and very basic. Defoe ain't that striker to take your team to the next level however when he's scoring goals the basic/clueless fan ain't analysing that part of the game.
