Manchester United would already be celebrating retaining their Premier League title, rather than preparing to surrender it to Manchester City, if every key refereeing decision had been made correctly this season, a study has shown.

Also, Spurs would be 3rd, 3pts clear ahead of Arsenal and Bolton would be relegated.

Pardrew got manager of the season

:Y:

Kompany player of the season

Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has been named the Barclays Premier League's Manager of the Season, with Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany winning the player award.

Pardew has been honoured for his achievements at St James' Park this season in transforming Newcastle into challengers for UEFA Champions League qualification.

He was appointed by owner Mike Ashley in December 2010 after the controversial dismissal of predecessor Chris Hughton, the man who had guided the Magpies back into the top flight at the first attempt.

Initially dismissed as just another member of the so-called 'Cockney Mafia', he has won over his doubters to preside over a remarkable campaign which has included derby victory at Sunderland, spacer.gif a 3-0 defeat of Manchester Unitedspacer.gif and a sensational 2-0 victory at Chelsea.spacer.gif

His astute dealings in the transfer market have brought the likes of Yohan Cabaye, spacer.gif Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse to the club and helped to produce a brand of football which has excited the Toon Army and ensured a return to European football next season.

And, ahead of a final day trip to Everton, Newcastle are still in with a chance of qualifying for the Champions League next season.

Meanwhile, City defender Kompany has been named the Premier League's Player of the Season after leading his club to the brink of the title.

Though Arsenalspacer.gif skipper Robin van Persie lifted both the PFA Player of the Year and Football Writers' honour, Kompany has secured the Premier League prize.

Kompany recently scored the only goal in the Manchester derby which has ensured City top the table on goal difference with one game left to play.

Providing City's result at home to Queens Park Rangersspacer.gif on Sunday is not worse than Manchester United's at Sunderland, then the club will become champions for the first time since 1968.

I personally think Paul Lambert shoulda got manager of the year, no1 gave Norwich a chance in hell of staying up.

Newcastle were in freefall until they bought Cisse.

:/

We been top 6 ALL season!

When we beat Man U where was Cisse?

We been doing this ting all season and Cisse has helped us reach our goal

There was a period you man hadn't won in X amount of games bruh, don't act like you don't know.

You man were in freefall.

This is a null point anyways

Even if that is the case surely it highlights what a good manager he is by bringing him in refreshing the team?

If Pardew was doing the transfers then that point may hold weight lol.

I wonder how many of that squad are HIS actual signings.
