The key tomorrow is Bolton if they could get an early goal and we can get an early goal and it can keep to 0-0 at half time at the etihad. Man city could get nervous and QPR will know they need the point to stay up then anything could happen

In reality we will draw our game 1-1, city will win 4-0 and Bolton will get beat

If spurs finish 3rd I will be £500 up

With no injury or suspension news to worry about, Roberto Mancini has a full squad at his disposal for the game that could secure his side Premier League glory.

With that in mind, Manchester City are expected to be unchanged, fielding for the third match in a row the XI which overcame Manchester United and Newcastle to put them one game away from triumph.

For QPR, both Shaun Derry (dead leg) and Akos Buzsaky (hamstring) face late fitness tests, though Mark Hughes may be willing to risk the former in particular to maintain his midfield's toughness for potentially their most difficult game of the season.

Samba Diakite will definitely miss out with a virus, however, while Alejandro Faurlin remains on the sidelines due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury. Djibril Cisse, who scored the crucial late winner against Stoke City last time out, may be drafted into the starting line-up.

  • Manchester City need to either better Manchester United's result against Sunderland or equal it and avoid a nine-goal swing in order to confirm themselves as Premier League champions.

  • Roberto Mancini's side have won 17 of their home league matches so far, their only blip a 3-3 draw with Sunderland on March 31.

  • City striker Sergio Aguero has registered as many Premier League goals (22) this season as QPR's four highest league scorers combined.

  • The hosts been victorious in each of their last five games, blasting 15 goals in the process and conceding only one.

  • QPR have alternately won and lost their last 10 matches, their most recent outing a 1-0 triumph over Stoke City.

  • Three points would guarantee safety for the Rs. A draw would do the same - barring a shocking goal-difference swing - but if Mark Hughes' men lose and Bolton beat Stoke, the visitors would return to the Championship.

  • Since joining the club from Lazio in January, Djibril Cisse (pictured right) has either scored or been sent off in each of his seven games, with five goals and two red cards.

  • Rs boss Hughes managed City for 18 months between 2008 and 2009 before being replaced with current coach Mancini.

  • Man City are relatively slow starters, scoring only 8 per cent of their Premier League goals in the opening 20 minutes of matches, compared to QPR's more evenly-spread 25%.

  • Yaya Toure scored the winner in a 3-2 triumph for City the last time that these two teams met, at Loftus Road on November 5.

Chris Brunt has already been ruled out for the Baggies having had his tonsils removed, while Jerome Thomas remains a doubt for the game after contracting flu. However, Peter Odemwingie should be available for selection after missing the game with Bolton with a hamstring problem.

Meanwhile, Theo Walcott could come off the bench for the Gunners as he continues to recover from a hamstring problem. However, Bacary Sagna has been ruled out of both this game and of Euro 2012 after fracturing his fibula against Norwich in Arsenal’s last game.

  • This game will be Roy Hodgson’s last in charge ofWest Brom before becoming England manager.

  • Baggies midfielder Jerome Thomas (pictured right) began his career at Arsenal, but failed to break into the first team due to the consistency of Freddie Ljungberg and Robert Pires, and left in 2004 for Charlton Athletic.

  • In the Premier League, West Brom have lost just once in their last six games, while Arsenal have gone without a win in their last four games.

  • West Brom’s biggest victory over Arsenal at the Hawthorns came on October 14th 1922, as they won 7-0 and finished three points ahead of the Gunners in the First Division table in seventh place.

  • The previous game between these two teams was in November, and saw Arsenal run out comfortable 3-0 winners at the Emirates thanks to goals from Robin van Persie, Thomas Vermaelen and Mikel Arteta.

  • Last season, West Brom went unbeaten against the Gunners, thanks to a 3-2 victory at the Emirates and a 2-2 draw at the Hawthorns having taken a 2-0 lead before being pegged back by goals from Andrei Arshavin and van Persie.

  • This game will be Arsene Wenger’s 600th in the Premier League as Arsenal manager.

  • Arsenal’s biggest win ever at the Hawthorns came on January 30 1935, when they enjoyed a comfortable 3-0 win on their way to winning the First Division for the third season in a row.

  • Arsenal have not lost on the last day of the season since 2005, when they were defeated 2-1 by Birmingham City thanks to second-half goals from Walter Pandiani and Emile Heskey either side of a strike from Dutchman Dennis Bergkamp.

  • Robin van Persie has hit the woodwork the most of all players in the Premier League, finding either the post or bar 10 times in total.

With Benoit Assou-Ekotto nursing a dislocated shoulder and Danny Rose suspended after his wreckless challenge on Aston Villa's Alan Hutton last week, Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp faces a conundrum at left back for the final game of the season.

It's likely the more versatile William Gallas will be shifted out to deputise, with Ryan Nelsen coming in at center half. Otherwise, the Spurs boss has few headaches, with Scott Parker likely to return in the middle of the park in place of Sandro.

Clint Dempsey, Fulham's standout performer of the season, misses the short trip across London after failing to overcome a groin problem. Promising youngster Kerim Frei will be in line as replacement.

Aside from that blow, Martin Jol is free of selection difficulties, with long term absentees Andrew Johnson, Bryan Ruiz and Steve Sidwell unavailable to feature in the last game of the season.

  • Fulham boss Martin Jol led Spurs to consecutive fifth place Premier League finishes in the 05/06 and 06/07 seasons.

  • Fulham's only defeat in a London derby this season came in the reverse fixture, which Spurs won 3-1.

  • Luka Modric (pictured right) has made 1597 passes in the opposition half this season, the most in the division.

  • Brede Hangeland has played every minute of the Cottagers' campaign to date.

  • Fulham is just a point shy of their Premier League record haul of 53 - a high achieved when England manager Roy Hodgson was at the helm in 08/09.

  • Tottenham has only won one game after falling behind this term.

  • Nine Spurs players have received five yellow cards or more this season, the worst record in the Premier League.

  • Tottenham has kept six clean sheets in their last seven clashes with Fulham at White Hart Lane.

  • Spurs has lost on the final day of the campaign in three of the last four seasons.

  • If Fulham nicks three points and other results go its way, Martin Jol will have led Fulham to its joint-highest Premier League finish of seventh place.
