Firstly I've lived in Brixton/Norwood/Thornton Heath my whole life and was jokingly making reference to the fact I'm now off ends.

For me it's a weird subject to explain lol

I was born and bred here, yes. When I'm in a foreign country, coming back to England feels like home because this is what I'm used to.

My father was born in this country but has Irish, Welsh & English roots... Hate him so I've never felt a sense of pride being connected to him in anyway.

As for my African side... I was raised by a Ghanaian mother and family with African tradition within our household so that's probably why I feel a sense of pride with Ghana rather than my British side.

More time I'm on Kurious's wave and I just hate being apart of the human race.

Last night did nothing to or for me,

I liked seeing Farrah and Ennis win, but given a choice of ensuring them the golds or giving the golds to Kirani James, 400m runner from my Dad's Island or ensuring the Jamaican (my Mums Country) sprinters clean up, Sorry Mo and Jess,
