There was one that strung me along for two weeks sweeting me up before a decision has even been made. No use blabbing on how well i done during the interview telling me how good of a fit i seem, company culture etc if the hiring manager hasn't even made a decision on me yet. Even gave me tips on the second stage of the interview process which i ultimately wasnt even selected for.
