We are two games into the season. We have broke our transfer record 3 times this summer. Our squad is infinatley better than last seasons.

Where has selling your best players got you?

From title challengers to just been happy to finish just above spurs.

tbh your running the risk of having too many new players taking a long time to gel,

 

Could even take a whole season, this is what screwed Chelsea and to a certain extent City last season and why United won it imo

 

This is the first season in a while that Arsenal havent sold their best players so even though we have a paper thin squad, we have a certain level of stability and its clearly showing.

 

Not defending the state of the squad of course coz injuries risk screwing that up

Spurs fans have some front you know, your talking to Arsenal fans, not West Ham.

Arsenal have sold their best players and got nothing to show for it, well except The Emirates and finishing above you every year.

In the same time, Spurs have sold their best players to Man United, got some new players to show for it who they then sold to Real Madrid and never finished above Arsenal... Mybe I'm missing something here... Like seriously how do you have the cheek to ask Arsenal fans what do we have to show for it? Delusional.

Proved my point tbh. You guys are happy to JUST finish above a team that has come from consistent midtable finishes and that has never challanged for a premier league these days? How the 'mighty' have fallen.

Weve sold 3 of our top players to finance our gradual rise. We now have the best training facilities in the prem, we have one of the best coaches in the prem, we have the best squad weve had in decades, weve got one of the best u21 squads in england, the foundations for a new stadium have been set. Nothing to show?

All without champions league money and a 60,000 seater stadium for funding
