I get the feeling we'll be able to adapt to the madnesses that are on their way. We adapted to everyone being able to record and take pictures on the go. Adapted to social media, well enough too. It's mainly been the dinosaurs that have suffered (music industry/TV/PrintMedia), not the people. I'm looking forward to being able to go on a holiday adventure in Kilauea without being burnt to death. If some paedos choose to use the same medium to diddle imaginary kids, then that's on them and to a lesser extent us to figure out. Touchy subject but we aint there yet. I'd rather they did that then real kids though. Not looking to get into that though, I'd rather think about the Volcano trek or w/e else I get to download.

Claims by a Conservative MP who requested anonymity include that the Labour MP had abused children over period of 10 years

 

Police are investigating allegations of sexual abuse and corruption made against a senior Labour MP.

 

Detectives were told two weeks ago that the politician had abused children and other vulnerable people over the course of more than a decade. They also received a report claiming he had charged constituents fees to take on their cases.

 

The allegations were made by a Conservative MP, who said he had spoken to several independent sources, all of whom told him similar stories.

 

He said the reports he received and subsequently passed on to police were shocking. “It makes me feel sick,” he said.

 

The Conservative MP said he felt he had no choice but to go to the police after he was told that the Labour MP in question abused two teenage boys who were in a mental health facility. One of the boys was said to be scared that the Labour MP would have him killed if he spoke out.

A former Conservative MP who has been questioned by detectives over his alleged involvement in a Westminster paedophile ring has claimed that Scotland Yard was preparing an “exit strategy” from the inquiry after failing to establish any substantial evidence.

Proctor told the Guardian on Tuesday that the Yard’s statement marks a turning point in the inquiry, which he said was on the verge of collapse. “I have had to do my own fair share of dexification because of the toxic nature of the accusations of murder and child sexual abuse levied against me. This has had a devastating impact on my life.
