If he was genuinely concerned about public good, he would hand over his evidence to the police, rather than exposing people online, so that officers with the right training can take it forward. By making their identities public he makes it difficult for the case to go to a fair trial, and so his work cannot always lead to a conviction.

Whole things pointless I've said it from the start. If he's about caring he can investigate, film and hand everything to the police, let them do their work, convict then release the vid if needs be, this is a vanity project, and even then if he's doing this shit and police are onto the guy already they'll just mess up weeks of work for some chav to get points off his mates.
