Rodigan said on radio 1 they didnt really want guests as soundclashes are about the dubs, so thets what they focused on, but obviously one of the rounds called for a guest

 

 

He might have said that, but I'm sure they focused on their weaknesses after they got the dubs and wondered... Cos from time your battling against two sounds that are about whats in front of the turntables more than behind them, of course that a worry, just in the words of Bushkin "them man have no versatility!"

I think the issue with ASAP was they're not exactly the most popular and they were doing a lot of their own sh*t, and really people weren't gonna get hype to that. Bringing out Everlast was their best move.

Metalheadz, Digital Mystikz, Soul 2 Soul did the first one, then Skream & Benga v Channel One v Metalheadz later in the year
