Been in literally 100s of convos like that and all end in the same way

''kl''

Welbeck being shit and playing for mid-table team

Hernandez should start because he offers more out of the box than Welbeck

Rooney is our best passer, he is going to mature into a Scholes

Welbeck is just an athlete has no first touch etc

De Gea is too skinny

Joe Hart is better than Neuer (Bout 18 months ago)

Reus is shit, just because you see him play for some club in Germany dont mean he will do it in big games

Start of last season (dortmund are overrated, will get found out vs big club), come end of season same man were swining off their nuts

Carrick should be sold because he doesnt score enough goals from midfield, with Lampard cited as a comparison

Pedro is shit and the weak link in Barce team, bought up goals in finals and goal/assists, just get ignored and it continues that he is shit lol

Also had the rooney should play CM in 4-4-2 one

I could be here for days

I know some real like thinkingthugs

I was all for selling Rooney after his first public "wants to leave United" saga.

The issue is Rooney is like a beacon to world class players, as he is rated highly. Top players want to play with other players that they think ate top quality. If we sell him we need to be seen to bring someone else in otherwise it's appear like we're going backwards. Sometimes appearance is everything and the reality is much less.

Kagawa situation is fucked coz its line the Veron situation but then again it isn't, I'm convinced that he was brought in to play behind Rooney but then later on in that transfer window a Guy called Robin became available and those plans are thrown up in the air. It's bucked for him. As I doubt Moyes will find any more use for him than Fergie did (so minimal) shame.

Drop Rooney, lol we need to make ourself aware of what kind of money he's on and understand that if he doesn't play or isn't highly regarded with wages like that the suits may be more reticent to free up city-esque wages again in the future.

Same as Young. That article about Moyes allowing players to play themselves out the door was interesting in this regard.

Good to see Adnan getting proper game time and not just empty gestures (Pogba) pissed there's an international break now,

Seeing as Moyes is planning for the long term I'm even more confident about the likes of Blackert, Cole, Keane, Jesse and Powell getting a decent shot.

The thing tho is kagawa got a chance under fergie and his season was more disrupted by injury...

I agree rooney should of gone when he was in pheonix and nani was carrying the side... That was the season fergie fucked it all up(long term wise) and I'm sure its cos he knew he had 1 season left (extended to 2 because city won the title).

Berba top scorer and big game goals and nani the star man were shifted out for rooney and the man that helped him get all the goals in an unsuccesful season before that(valencia) and it has not been the same since then.... Not to mention the whole pogba thing.

Excerpt from a recent interview from the Gawdfather of football, Johan Cruyff...

Cruyff still views the game from a truly unique perspective, and continues to feel so much of it it could be done differently.

"[Football] has always been narrow-minded because we say 'he's a football player' but in baseball we say he's a pitcher, he's a catcher, he's a third baseman ... but why is he a footballer? It's all different. But, as a coach to direct a team, you've got to look at the individual qualities. That's why I see the game totally different."

He offers the example of a specific European club’s transfer policy.

"I read in the paper that this team are watching this player, this player, this player. Well, they're idiots because they're so different that how can you look at three different players in the same position?

"There are too many different things in football. People who are buying, people who are selling or people accepting to go one place or another -- it's not like that. It's what the team needs.

"It's absurd.

"You can look at these three, or these three, but you can never look at these three. It's impossible. What are you looking for? Somebody who's called a defender or a type of defender?

"It’s a big difference, such a big difference.

"A lot of times people don’t see the quality of the individual, and this individual should function good in the team and the way the team plays ... in the end, the best player will never come out of a team who loses too much. It’s impossible."

Rooney is on the number 10 levelsHe scores goals (double figures every season at utd)Creates chances, skill, movement, touch...Fergie does put him wide sometimes but u cant complain coz they did the double last season wid dem tactics

but i questioned his footballing brain

Im sorry but this kind of comment is on arsenal_4_life and roskie_07 levels. This kind of talk is not acceptbale.Rooneys footballing brain is second in prem history only to bergkamp.#smh @ questioning it.

Not one player in world football I would swap Rooney for.Not one.

Comments from over 5 years ago on a topic like this are largely irrelevant. Keep in mind this was a Rooney part of a trio with Tevez and Ronaldo who had just won the champions league and League after having a very good season.

Thats why I didnt post the rest, time changes

But calling him 2nd best football brain after Bergkamp and saying ''scholes was good but...''

LMAO

So Pogba finally confirmed it himself...

pogba-2.jpg

"I said to Ferguson: 'Play me, and I will show you if I'm ready or not'," he told Telefoot. "Against Blackburn, on December 31, 2011, I was on the bench. Ferguson puts Rafael in midfield with Ji Sung Park. Then I gave up. I was really bummed.

"I joined Juve to silence people who have criticised me, who did not believe in me and said that I would fail."

But what I'm saying is after winning the Champions league people are gonna go hyperbole on the admiration. Comments will be made based on the emotional high of the time.

Heard some crazy comments about Giggs after that great pass to RVP against West Ham, it's just what happens.

Compare it to having the best sex of your life with a link you have no long term plans for but as soon as you buss you come out with "I love you" it's not fair for her to use that as a true declaration of love. Just sex talk.

No buy-back clause

But he did insist on putting a £19m buy-out clause when he signed for them

and speaking of buy-out clauses...

Jan Aage Fjortoft @JanAageFjortoft 5 Oct
Arrived in Leverkusen and a good source tell me that Man UTD are very keen to sign Lars Bender. Note: BuyOutClause: Under € 15 mill

Arsenal and Bayern Munich tried to buy Lars Bender, but Bayer have said no.
But I understand his BuyOutClause is valid AFTER this season
