its because manchester united have a "tradition" of getting it out wide and playing with 2 attacking wingers

which i dont think ive personally seen in about 10 years.

Moyes has no bottle to do what brought him to the dance at all

i remember g nev mentioned on mnf that shit about traditionally attacking from the wing and crossing it in and he said ' thats never going to change'

@Kompresser

How can they find a pass that is simply no there though?

Rooney is normally next to RVP

Or drops deep and is next to Clevs to take the ball, try drive foward, gets tackled

Our defenders pick up the ball, by-pass the midfield and hoof it to the wings

Next time Clevz gets the ball, hoof to the wings

Rooney wants it in the box so he can run in and get a tap in and be the hero and justify him getting 300k a week while we sit in 7th place

This is the thing. 100% Fergie told him thats what the fans want to see,

This along with Scottishness might explain why he was the "outstanding candidate"

f*cksake, that's actually nuts.

We are Everton

:lmao:

I was baffled by the number of people who were saying that Moyes would play differently at Man U like he's not a seasoned coach, if you've been playing a certain way your whole career and it's got you so far, why would you then gamble on changing it in the biggest job of your life?

granted, i think we all realised that Fergie's words of wisdom would hold a lot of weight, but those heat maps are still quite shocking.

next debate on the agenda, If Moyes is shown the door, should Fergie be trusted to find another successor, if not who at the club should be given that responsibility,

coz at this rate it looks like Rooney will be choosing the next man.

saying that with his delusions of grandeur he'd probably either make himself manager or break the bank for Pep

Pep isnt leaving Bayern for at least another 18months imo

Klopp I dont think will leave until he either breaks bayern or breaks down himself

Simeone if they win the league, maybe

De Boer wont get trusted

Conte - same as De Boer

Ole - now he is at Cardiff, doubt we would go untrusted route 2nd time round, would be in after the next manager

Giggs - if anything he would probably get given caretaker role and see how he does

Blanc - dont see why you would leave an empty cheque to come here

Well at this point he would probably be one of the best qualified people at the club to do it.

Don't particularly want Charlton, Woodward or anyone with a Glazer Surname doing it.

Fergie may have changed his vision by then if not we'll end up with Harry Redknapp or Steve Mclaren.  (What George Graham doing nowadays)

How is the heat map made?

But his heatmap is basically the same as his heatmap from Everton.....

How come Martinez heatmap shows a positive change in just 6 months?

Moyes having a negative change should be treated with the same eyes no?

Martinez with basically the same players has transformed how they play football in that short amount of time into a positive, modern and attacking way

Moyes has done the same transformation with us in 6 months, turning us into a negative, mundane and morbid team

If as the heatmap shows this is how he played at Everton, and it is how he has played with us for 6 months so far, what evidence do you have to suggest this will change?
