I am ill for half the winter season.Get ill, get better, get ill again.Cycle repeats itself till spring.

I've got something wrong with my legs so I made a topic about it.Also, I think I am immune to colds and flu, I have not had a snotty nose or cough in over 5 years and I go on the tube almost every day.I think as soon as I get the slightest symptom which is a headache, dizziness and a SLIGHT watery feeling in the nose I run a really hot, steaming bath with Lavender, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus essensial oils. I stay in there for two whole hours with a hot flannel on my head, sweat it all out. Make sure I brush my teeth thrice, mouthwash. Cleanse, tone and moisterise. Put on some comfy but MATCHING pair of pyjamas (unmatching pyjamas can make you feel more shitty because you will look like a tramp and that dont make you feel at peace with yourself), put some vaporub on my neck, have some hot soup or hot chocolate or boiled water with a lemon & honey. Then I relax in the bedroom with the windows WIDE OPEN. Then I am fine!It works trust me but you have to nip it in the bud, catch it and remove it the minute you know it's coming.
