We are not close to concluding any transfer; Arshavin or anybody else. At the moment it is all quiet," said the Frenchman."For me, it is of little interest. They want the full £15 million and it's done, not the £12 million with £3 million installments. Now the agent says they're no where near talking about personal terms, which is strange since we've heard they've done that.Oh well being dragged out a fair bit!
