been off for a month

 

was on hol and then was ill

 

start back today

 

was happy with my cut, but now im looking proper skinny espesh in arms.....but chest and back still decent

 

gnna work on strength for next 6 weeks or so followed by bulking

 

defo gnna cut in after new years again

 

easiest time to do it

not got anything planned this summer 

 

not gnna get too fat either so i should be bulging in them T shirts for 5/6 days in july

Yh got the back complements recently too

It is my best area to work out

That and legs, shame about my shoulders

i will assume you recommend against training today and going out drinking tomorrow

Nah no point, alcohol fucks up your system for like a couple of days. Has negative effects on pretty much all aspects of the muscle regeneration.

I suppose if you just want that pump though i'd go for it.
