how much of a saving is that muscle food? 

 

i checked their other products and in their mixed meat hamper they are claiming that the RRP for two chicken drumsticks..TWO is £8 ^) ... but 'im saving £6. ok

Ok I found out its 4 pieces not two, and certainly not 2.5kilograms. Four pieces and they claim the rrp is £8..Kmt

You get fancy box and have it delivered that's the big price you pay for something which if you spent the same £47 and went to a good butcher you'd fill 3bags full. Find a good wholesaler butcher and you'd get even more.

Can't knock their game as its a business for lazy people and we're all lazy for something. This is the same breh I've seen at body power who sells a loaf of bread for £3 and calls it protein bread. Ok cool.

I think the concept is great though...

I swear protein bread is like £3-4 more than normal bread.

 

Would rather just eat a couple more eggs and save the money.

Looking forward to cutting come the end of the month. Got a few things I wanna try and experiment with

 

first couple of weeks will be a gradual decline in carbs and calories,

 

then a ridiculous carb cycle for 8 weeks, will probably jump back on animal m-stak too.

Lost 22lbs.

Still alot to be done. Diet wise, I am eating right. But these recent work night outs have put me a touch off course.

I was recommended CLA & L Carnitine by a Nutritionist. Been on it for a week now. So I will see how it goes.

Dont watch the dumbells I progress per set. 30kg the heaviest at my gym :mad:

Olympic rings for callisthenics. 

 

Anyone owns this or use them in their workout?

 

Picked up one from amazon. Last week. Great piece of kit. Stretching to the limit.

Use for muscle ups and iron crosses,a few other static hold like back levers and that. If ur on the calisthenics wave tho, I would recommend parallettes.

Honestly, the only time you find it that empty is 12am -5 am.

I don't even bother after work until 9 pm.

Did you go to my old gym? Easy gym Ilford?

Yeah it's chocka block from like 5-9

Done a couple sessions there but never signed up
