Lol bro I just don't wanna keep an eye on how much storage I got left. This thing can record videos in 4k aswell, so you can imagine how dench those files sizes would be.

Tbh nexus supports "on the go" USB drives, and I've ordered a mircoSD card reader for it so I should be good regardless, but I just want errthang to be perfect mayn.

Bro with animation setting down, 3gb ram and zero lag no matter what, the phone is dream.

Can someone break down the benefits of rooting? I'm personally probably not going to do it, but I feel like I don't know enough about it. I know I can over clock it, and fuck around with the settings of the phone etc, but what particular apps do you rooters love?

ive got an s3 which i use as my mp3 player because it has the best audio quality with kernels.

the only downfall has been that it's so damn slow.. sometimes simply switching from one app to another takes. ages. just tried this thing and the phones moving as fast as my g4.

pos for you my son

I rooted my OnePlusOne.

The phone is rapid, I'm also on the latest Android 6.0.1

Also, flashing adaway.zip through twrp = never seeing ads on my phone again.

Safe will look into it.

Apparently rooting makes Android Pay redundant, even though it's pretty much non existent in the UK.

Jesus fucking christ this Nexus 6P is the greatest phone of all time. Wow. Makes my 2014 HTC M8 look like a piece of shit. I've been carrying this dusty phone in my pocket for 18monthswtf.png

smh only thing that's stopping me from throwing it off a roof is that they give you some money when you hand it in carphone warehouse.  I would have actually dashed it somewhere.  Shit fucking phone.

Got the 6P this afternoon on EE £32 a month unltd calls/text/5GB  - decent deal. Was planning on buying it outright but opted for pay monthly

GOAT PHONE

Just got Tempered glass protector, a SupCase and a USB OTG stick with a 128gb microsd card. Think my nexus is good now.

To confirm the USB OTG works absolutely fine without a root. Use ES File explorer from the playstore to access, read, write files. Only thing is that it doesn't mount the USB on the device so music files can't be played by Poweramp unless transferred to the device it self. Thinking to root the phone as there is an app called Stickmount that let's you mount USB OTG which solves this problem.

Copped the blackberry priv.

Shit keeps freezing

Battery life is 2x as good as my moto x 2014 though.

Screen is gorgeous. I love AMOLED. But something keeps freezing it and I'm not sure what.

It hasn't been getting hot like people say.

You need a quick charger because fuckin hell the one they give you is slow.

Yeah the freezing is pissing me off but I'll contact them Monday and see what's good, I did a factory reset and now it's freezing about half as much as yesterday.

Camera is worse than my moto x and that's saying something. Front facing is useless. Back is good is perfect lighting, anything else is a dice throw. But I barely take pics, but even for casual shit its meh. And I'm 100% its software because my Motorola's got much better after updates and they could allow the camera2 API so you can use better cameras apps that allow manual control, but no.

Comes in 32GB but for the price it better. SD card slot after the update to marshmallow I'll be able to add an SD card and merge it with the internal memory to make 100GB or whatever I want.

It's encrypted by default

Keyboard is decent, I seem to be making less mistakes, much less, I type slower but its more enjoyable rather than battling autocorrect, and kve always loved the tactile feel (one of the reasons I prefer the fire TV stick to the Chromecast is the menu and remote, I can literally have it under the duvet and feel which button I want rather than tapping a screen) I just like feeling the keys and feel something go in. Same way laptops are better for writing essays than tablets, but on a more casual scale.

I've only had one blackberry before and I'm basically relearning to use it, but I'm typing at a very comfortable pace with very little mistakes

When the screen is slid up tapping it at times makes it feel like its hollow, because of the space between it at the keyboard and the rail or whatever its on I guess, but you can move your finger on the keyboard to scroll up and down on a large so don't really need to touch it, just when selecting something on scrren after typing youll notice it and if you want to type on it its easier when its slid down and then it doesn't feel hollow-ish.

I took it off the charger at 10:30 last night at 86% its at 24% at 8:30pm. Although I can't screen shot the battery life because its crashed like 5 times since this morning

The screen has double tap to wake

Sliding the screen up also wakes it

It's automatically set so if the pin is entered wrong 10 times the data is wiped if you set a PIN

The screen though... It's a recent gen Samsung cause its curved and if you've seen the S6 S6 edge you know how bright and vibrant

Major drawback, no fingerprint scanner
