As per usual I made the mistake in you people making the logical step and reading the post within context. Now facin the typical backlash ill ad more words (and fuel to the backlash) to simplify things for you.

If you are earning sub£10 then Generally you are expendable. You are bein paid by the hour as a means of doing away with any long-term connotations beig paid by the yea for example may imply. Your wage indicates the skill set required to do your job, which is in high supply hence depressing your salary.

I am not gassed, this is labour economics. My father is a temp as described above and is paid by the hour because Shell will not need him after the end of their project.

yeah. right now I'm on a flat rate of 8 ph . if you are dedicated to a site you get the site rate, the site I'm at now pays 7.50 which is why I refused to be dedicated officer although I'm always sent here. the site in central (also head of security there, he's the one who got me in the company in the first but at the time his site had the quota for officers) if you are dedicated there you get 10.20ph + annual bonus + they have to pay u 10.20 if u go somewhere else to cover.

shes now telling me shes unhappy in her job and been fighting with her boss but they got her the visa so if she quits she has to go home

but she wants to stay to be with me

i know we should agree just to lock this off coz really where would it go?
