Half way through the latest Woody Allen documentary, its over 3 hours long so I guess if you are a serious Woody fan then watch it.

Overall I've found it enjoyable and interesting, theres certain things I did not know, for example he wasn't a big fan of Manhattan which to some is regarded as a master-piece but him nope, this was a film he asked the studios not to release and make the next picture for free of course this never happened and it went onto critical acclaim. The documentary takes you from his child hood to the present day. He still uses his type writer he got at the age of 16 which is remarkable and the whole process of cut and paste is something else, Woody would cut that section out he liked then staple it to the new sheet where he wants it to go.

So much more I could dive into but I'll leave it at that since I have more to watch.

The guy gets nothing but respect for his entire film making process.

Just watched 127 Hours, based on a true story.

Crazy film.

I watched this last night. The most surprising thing is that the director Danny Boyle was nearly 100% faithful to what actually happened and there's camera footage of him saying goodbye to his family. The dude who it happened to was supposedly really emotional when he watched it back and said it was the best film he has ever seen.
