I think your biggest worry is your manager. I rate him, but he seems volatile and he's not proven enough over here to get away with that behaviour yet. Assume he's learnt since Chelsea though.

Gnabry will definitely get fast tracked... Gervinho right, Podolski left.
Oxlade will be used more centrally but help on the flanks, and probably Rosicky & Ramsey will end up as a wide men again.
Afellay on loan, doubt it tho, or Yossi back, possiblly. Infact who am I kidding Santos will be wide left option before we sign those.
