If you think it's easy or better yet, EASIER to manage an elite team and the level of success and consistency of what Pep did at Barcelona, then I don't know for you.
What Mourinho did with Porto/Inter is similar to what Pep did at Barcelona IMO in terms of achievement. Just two very different TYPES of achievement.
Some very narrow-minded thinking being displayed here.
You constantly have players, past and present who laud Pep as the best they've played under and have the cheek to say he isn't great?

infact prob this but i think chelsea and city have exactly the same strengths and weaknesses
a top striker when fit but injury prone
pace on the wings.
City defence better than chelseas
Chelsea got a better keeper
both got good midfield but city more solid chelsea more footwork.
out of preference id take city but i can see where ppl would say chelsea
