League is certainly more exciting because of it but some of those top 8 teams have lost matches by silly amounts which tells us the quality isn't really improving.I mean what are Newcastle doing in 6th? They've not exactly looked like a good side this year.

 

Champs are 8th right now but are clearly a worse team than last year and yet they aren't out the title race. 

 

It all makes it fun for the fans (Especially liverpool fans right now) but you can't see one of these english teams winning in europe.
