Production tends to be built around the artist, it's vice versa over here.

Then again these man are signed to majors. A lot more quality control and investment.

On the visual side of things, They are clearly ahead. 2 things there, Bigger budget and them not having an equivalent to the likes of our sbtv, gym and co makes them outsource their visual work to other production companies..
