Maybe to us but he has a fan base that always buys his shit for example. So he is in the inbetween area While Drake is hot (pause) and therefore currently more relevant. Diddy is a part of hip hop, he symbolises an era. However nobody cares about his music at all anymore, he's literally just a famous cheque writer/music executive.
