twice a day 5 mins a time ,with floss and denta sticks if i can remember or be arsed...but always twice a day 5 mins 

 

also i use fluride and sls free toothpaste best hing i ever did gums are so healthy now

If I brush my teeth in the shower it turns into a 40 minute shower where I'm in there just soaking up the heat on my skin

What are the bigger dons saying bath wise, haven't had a bath in like 10 years cuz I hit 6ft4 at 15 and everyone (mainly girls) say I'm missing out big time

You brush your teeth and spit the toothpaste the same place you would if you were brushing it at the sink

Maybe your bathrooms are built differently but logistically it makes 0 sense to me.

I'd have to put toothpaste on my toothbrush then take it into the shower with me, brush my teeth then spit and rinse with the shower water then leave my toothbrush on the side.
