The statement could have been better. More focused than unlockin potential. It could have talked about the wage gap or unemployment rates which are due to unconscious bias an institutional racism. Then it would make sense

U honestly think if Corbyn doesnt know about that stuff? If anything, unlock is a catch all term for all that shit like wage gap, high uneployment, const racism etc. He has shown countless times he is very aware of ethnic minority struggles, defo a million times more than treezaa.
