I didn't even know his age was a thing. He must be older.

He was on his later side of 20 when he was doing his rap thing that was 06 -07.

I don't know why he is using a fake age anyway.  Must of the  prominent dj's are in their 40s, some even 50s

Did some viral video and got a break

Capitalised on it managed to get himself an imprint on a record label and create an online platform big enough that arguably the most popular rapper on the planet saw fit to make an appearance before moving onto greener pastures

HE was the very reason they did that to timmy 

doesnt matter how long hes been in the scene - he replaced TIM Westwood ffs ( who was the biggest Representative of Hip hop in the country) 

he got that job over many other suitable candidates (imo) 

he has gone to apple mucis as a very reult of him being in that role which wouldnt surprise me if drake had something to do with

How long he's been in the scene is relevant because some peoples narrative would be that he's a culture vulture

That term can't really be used to describe someone that helped build the foundations of the scene from the days where the decks used to be ontop of the sink in a some tower block bando

If the BBC respected Westwood as the biggest representative of hip-hop in the UK he would never have had his show demoted to 1xtra in the first place

They phased him out then they bought in Sloth as if he was a like for like replacement

Something definitely happened to this guy when he was younger because hes either always ranting or pushing out his chest like hes got something to prove. Like how a man thats 5ft2 would have a huge chip on his shoulder because hes got likkle man syndrome.

Probably found it hard when he was younger being the only white boy growing up around so many black males.

This theory might be plausible if the rap music culture wasn’t full of people like Sloth; the whole showing off stuff as a means to overcompensation, acting richer than you are and boasting about your wealth... Charlie just picked up the blueprint and applied it to his own insecurities and ran with it... it’s telling how we are so accustomed to seeing African Americans act this way, we even celebrate this culture. It just seems odd when an English person tries to force it because over here the culture is about self deprecation even when you’re rich, at least in public.
