Skola Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 Ive heard of lucid dreaming but not via this technique Something about get into the habit of looking at your hand and counting your fingers - in a dream you will find you dont have 5 fingers but only if you check. There would just be a point when I would realise it was a dream, I could either: Wake myself up. Bring in a bunch of bitches for Mr Nasty time. JOHN DOE Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 chronic sleep paralysis sufferer here got it last week could feel a f*ck*ng fly/insect on my body and i was paralysed for about 10 seconds concentrated on moving my arm specifically for the damn thing and i was able to get out of it f*ck attempting to lucid dream or whatever when we dont hear from u tomoro boyyy.....
