I know most of the guys here don't like the majority of what goes on at 606, but this guy is not one of the glory hunters, just a good seemingly fact based bit of info. Make of it what you will:Some may know I have damaged my knee, and after the MRI results, I was thankfully referred to have physio.Today I went in for the first time, where it turns out my phsyiotherpest works for Coventry City, was offered to work for Mark Webber and is also a season ticket holder at the lane!!!So we sat down where she explained components of the knee, and went through the MRI pictures to show me what was wrong. When she talked about components, she referenced to Michael Owen and Ashley Cole for Ligament injuries.Anyway I decided to ask her what it actually is that Ledley King has, to which she explained:He has a problem that many black men have, due to their bones being weaker around joints. It is also because he has bowed (sp) legs so more pressure is on the knee. King now has all his cartiladge removed, and has had his bone at the joints "spiked" to provoke growth of new cartiledge, she said this would never happen though.He SHOULDNT be playing football; from what she said, the bones are now rubbing against each other at bare joints, for which before games he takes hefty painkillers. so after games it swells up etcShe also said he DOESNT train properly ever, and the majority of the training he does in the week is SWIMMING.Heres the dodgy part, and maybe explains Lennon's dip in form over the recent year.Lennon, a black male, also has bowed (so) legs, although because he is shorter it is harder to see.He HAS the same problem as King, but the medical team at Spurs have caught it early, and treated it. (remember his knee surgery a couple of years back?)So apparntly they have spiked the cartiledge to provoke more growth of it around the joints (whereas ledley's was so damaged it was removed) But again, it will be unlikely that any grows.The worrying thing is, if the cartiledge carries on wearing away, Lennon could have big problems in the future.Anyway, just thought i'd tell you, this is all true but take it how you like; nice to show the club informs us of details ;)The points that really stood out though:- Ledley Shouldnt be playing- Doesnt train fully, mostly pool work- Lennon has the same problems

Wouldnt surprise me.Ive got a similar thing, the cartilage to my right knee is mobile (Loose on the top of the bone but still atached in places) and when I had keyhole surgery at the start of the year it looked torn on the MRI scan but they couldnt do anything about it other than remove it completely (But im too young).f*ck knows what that spiking sh*t is though...

Think if we win this game, we can start to forget about getting dragged into the dog fight. IIRC if we beat Everton and Arsenal lose against Chelsea we will only be 5 points behind a team who's most likely getting 4th so Europe would defo be on the cards. Then again, anything can happen. Beat Everton and then we have Spam, who we can beat providing we play the right players.Atleast things are on the up atm!Coys!
