Edited my above post but I'm getting more baffled by the rumours right now... Twitters going crazy about Ronaldo being in Manchester? Something about Paddy Crerand saying he heard it on MUTV and some editor for ITV said he has heard from a "reliable source" that it is true.... Can any one dead the rumour before I get too hyped.

Moyes already making excuses already,

saying this is Man Utd's hardest start to a premiership for 20 years.

For a while. Thought he had an operation on his knee or something?

Just seen about Modric. ESPN saying we made contact with Madrid about Modric or Ozil. United playing the smoke screen nice, still blatantly Ronaldo coming home as soon as Bale fucks off.

Sir Alex Ferguson is going to have a new office AWAY from Manchester United - in a bid to give David Moyes some space.

Fergie retired as United manager after 26 years at the end of last season but will be back at work in his new role as an ambassador for the club in a month or so after a hip operation.

However, he deliberately won’t be based at Old Trafford itself or their Carrington training ground.

Instead of walking the corridors of power, Fergie is planning to spend most of his working days at the Cheshire HQ of his businessman son, Jason.

Ferguson does not want a repeat of the last time a United managerial legend left his job, yet remained close enough to cast a big shadow over his successor.

The late great Sir Matt Busby’s presence was often felt after his departure and made life difficult for Wilf McGuiness, the next manager, who Busby eventually came back to replace.

Rather than have a corner of Old Trafford as a base for his continuing duties with the champions, Ferguson intends to put some distance between himself and his hand-picked successor Moyes.

Sir Alex and Jason are lining up plenty of motivational speech engagements for then football legend to cash in on his fame and managerial expertise.

However, Ferguson will still be available by phone if Moyes feels the need to consult him.

What about my Sneijder claim from a previous year? lol. I didn't claim Fabregas was coming either. I said Dennis Irwin said United would move heaven and earth to get him, which appears to be what they are trying to do.

As for Ronaldo, until the window closes or he signs a new deal you are gonna have to put up with the speculation and wishful thinking  ^_^
