Hernandez 2.0

Maybe in 2 seasons if Hernandez doesn't improve his out of the box ability and the goals dry up, we already have a natural replacement at the club

and C/S that tactical article, I been saying that for years, lol and i said when I read Nevilles book and it said that about Quieroz, it was an actual travesty - confirmed everything i'd ever thought

and after that qpr insider documentary im positive the Fergies, Phelans of this world are clueless to modern football tactics, f*ck*ng tactically clueless, the only reason we seen some resurgence tactically (even though it was just signs) was because Meulensteen was given more responsibility.

I beg someone bring up the Champions League final thread, twice Fergie f*cked it, twice, and at the time bare people were saying "theres nothing he could of done" lol faak, theres always something you can do

and if we get RVP..

I think Fergie had lost faith in Rooney.

Rightly so

Meulensteen thoughts

Since his arrival from Chivas Guadalajara in 2010, Chicharito has scored 23 goals in 55 league appearances for the Old Trafford-based club. When asked whether or not United was lucky in finding the Mexico international, Meulensteen confidently boasted that it was a result of proper research and scouting.

He also believes Chicharito still has plenty of potential.

"I don't know if you can call it luck as much as you can say we did our homework," said Meulensteen. "He fit what we were looking for. We don't always look for the finished article. We look for players that show great potential."

He added, "There are still a lot of things [to improve]. He's a great finisher. But there is still things he can do when going left to right and his movement coming in from deeper areas."

"I rank Kagawa very highly,” the coach told Goal.com.

"He’s a player that I've known for a while because I keep an eye on the German Bundesliga. He's done very well over there. I think he's a player that will fit Manchester United and complement us.

"At Dortmund, Kagawa played behind the striker which is a good position for him to play. He's got great movement, a great way to find spaces.

"He gets behind the opposition in the midfield which means that he can help in possession or be direct in moving forward. He can play the ball quick, one touch or two touch.

"He can create chances and he can score goals, he's got the complete package of what you would want from an attacking midfielder.

"He can also play on either wing or even deeper in the midfield. So, he's a very versatile player."

briefly

Young will be used less, Welbeck and Rooney will have to spend more time on the left, or even RVP might be depending on form, goals, the opposition and who is playing well

We now have a situation where RVP SHOULD fit better into this system then Berbatov, so here on begins healthy competition for places. Bar Hernandez, all of 3 strikers can play on the wing or AM, so there's places up for grabs

Rooney for once isnt undroppable
