Deffo worth an upgrade if you have an Iphone 3GS/4

Iphone 4S, not so much.

It's a nice phone, it'll probably be the best until a new one comes out from the big rivals and it'll make lots of money. Nothing amazing though, just everything upgraded from the 4S

My iphone randomly decided to provide 'no service' so couldnt recieve/make calls/txt since sunday however i could still use the phone via wifi, called my service provider on monday and told them, they gave me instructions to restore my phone blah blah blah and now it says 'activation error...activation request could not be completed' so now i can use the phone AT ALL!

Is it safe to say my phone has now died or can it be revived somehow??

Happened to me, I took it to the Apple store and got a new one. Obviously I didn't tell them I dropped it.

Errmmm not that i recall but i'm a clutz so its possible. Only thing is my phone is 2 yrs old ie no warranty

I had the same problem with reception on my 4. I was bounced back and forth between Apple and T-Mobile and by the time Apple accepted liability I was out of warranty. Phone kept cutting out every 3-4 minutes. Long for paying 120 pounds. I went to my boy in a certain shop and got him to swap IMEI numbers on his system and swap my phonethen phoned up Apple and told them it over heats when charging and got a new one.
