The girl, who has learning difficulties, was lured into an empty north London house and repeatedly raped, Wood Green Crown Court was told. Rogel McMorris, 18, of Tottenham, north London, was convicted of two counts of rape and one of grievous bodily harm. Two others were found guilty of rape and three men were acquitted. Jason Brew, 19, of High Cross Road, Tottenham, and Hector Muaimba, 20, of Guildford Road, Walthamstow, east London, were both found guilty of one count of rape. The three guilty men will be sentenced in the new year. Permanently disfigured Police say they were alerted to the attack, which happened in January, after people living near the abandoned house in Tottenham heard the victim's screams and found her naked with patches of her skin falling off. The girl has been left permanently disfigured and is undergoing treatment, including surgeries and skin grafts. Investigating officer Det Con Alex Newton commended the victim for testifying in court: "It was incredibly difficult for her and she has overcome a huge personal hurdle." In a statement released by the girl's family, they thanked police for their dedication in investigating the attack. "No conviction can compensate for what our daughter went through, but we truly appreciate the conviction of three of these men. "Our sincere gratitude goes to all the police officers and organisations involved." Bradley Daley-Smith, and Miguel Almeida, both 22 and from Edmonton, north London, and Bruno Abrantes, 24, from Tottenham, were all found not guilty of two counts of rape. Mr Daley-Smith and Mr Almeida were cleared of grievous bodily harm last Wednesday. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7772189.stm_45280043_hackneyrapefour.jpgSchoolboy gang sentenced for rape Anonymity was lifted on seven of the nine gang members Nine schoolboys have been sentenced for raping a 14-year-old girl. The nine, all from east London, were given detention orders for the group attack which happened in Hackney, east London, on 30 April last year. The girl was snatched by the gang from the street and dragged into the stairwell of a nearby block of flats. Six boys were found guilty of rape, kidnap and false imprisonment, while three others admitted the same charges. They were all convicted on Friday. Some of her attackers were 13 years old at the time, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard. The girl was told by the Kingshold Boys gang leader, O'Neil Denton, 16, she should be raped for "insulting" him, the boys' trial had been told. Sex offenders register Denton warned the girl she would be stabbed if she did not do as she was told. She finally escaped when a member of the public intervened. Legal anonymity was lifted by Snaresbrook Crown Court on Denton, and six of his co-defendants - who are all from Hackney, Leytonstone, and Bethnal Green. Denton and Weiled Ibraham, 17, admitted rape, kidnap and false imprisonment and must serve a minimum of three years and eight months before becoming eligible for parole. Some of the boys denied being involved They were told they would also remain on licence for life. Yusuf Raymond, 16, pleaded guilty to the same charges, and received a nine-year sentence. The six defendants who had denied the offences were also sentenced. Jayden Ryan, 16, was sentenced to eight years, while Alexander Vanderpuije, 15, Jack Bartle, 16, and Cleon Brown, 15, each received six years. Two other boys, aged 14 and 16, who cannot be named, did not physically attack the girl but helped to stop her escaping. The 14-year-old was sentenced to two years and five months in secure local authority accommodation, while the 16-year-old received a detention order of three years and nine months. All the boys were ordered to register as sex offenders indefinitely, apart from the youngest who was told he would have to sign for three and a half years. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7772273.stm

The under 18s seem to have realised they gonna get major bly for doing mad sh*t cos they cant be tried as adults so their performing increasingly more flagrant acts cos they know freedom is always just round the corner aka couple years detention at most.Basically imo the punishments are not severe enough for yutes doing these mad tings.
