Its 50/50, if the back doors multi terminal plug has the appropiate pins for an upgrade then all he would need is the regulators/motors, wiring loom, door cards & switches which can all be found at a scrappy or on ebay as a electric window conversion, takes 45 mins a side to do and you need a rivet gunif the car aint got the pins then I wouldnt bother as it requires you to re-wire it to the BCM which is quite expensive to do unless u do it the pikey way and add the wiring loom to a permanent live
