LOL @ using TV pundits to strengthen your argument, most of them are worse then VIP's Merson's Muppets/CSFWhy are the media or anyone else for that matter making out like we don't send sh*t officials to major tournaments.
most tv pundits are ex players and so know a thing or two about football Andy Gray is probably the most respected out of all of them and he agreed that chelsea should have had 3-4 penalties.yet armchair fans still chat sh*t
LOLI would strongly advise against agreeing with people like Andy Gray. As wel as his Sky bumchums Grame Souness and Jamie Redknapp.

look, it doesnt take a genius to figure that at least three of those were penalties. are you trying to say that Andy Gray, Jamie Redknapp and Graeme Souness were all wrong?? Im surprised you disregard Andy Gray, he is commonly considered the most knowledgable pundet

Absolute joke.Ref was a joke.. Maloudas pen coulda been outside.. very marginal. Piques handball was a definate pen.We shoulda buried a 2nd goal.. we had good enough chances to.Outplayed barca over the 2 legs. Im proudEssiens goal was IMMENSE.

Outplaying a team without the ball is pretty difficult

never felt chelsea were in control of that game.and considering they were playing at home you'd expect them to exert a tad more pressure on barca.even when they had 10 men ffs, chelsea still didn't stretch them enough.so in that respect they deserved to lose./Andy Gray chats sh*t most of the time. so if he's saying they should have had 3 pens then i dont agree. You can understand the Sky pundits being outraged as they all wanted an all english final.but some of their views should be taken with a pinch of salt./LMAO @ Essiens strike being better than Zidane's.

The handball was a nailed on pen. The Drogba challenge was a nailed on pen. The Malouda foul probably shouldve been a penalty but the ref never gives those so early n the game cos they get shook.Abidal shouldn't have been on the pitch in the first place after fouling Drogba in the first half.Drogba needs to learn how to kick a ball with his left foot.

At Neu Camp we shut them out , something no other team has done this season, we had our tactics on point.Last nite , If you watched the game , you would of seen how many chances barca had , and how many we had.We was unlucky not to win tbh , but tbf i did have a feeling barca would score at the bridge anyway. So 1 goal wasnt enough.

Club bias is so strong that its almost pointless talking about football with people who arent neutrals. All im gunna say is if you genuinely dont think chelsea should have had AT LEAST 2 (minimal) penalties then you need your eyes testing. If Chelsea had got those penalties, nobody would be saying sh*t about chelsea not being able to test barca etc.. And finally, Chelsea didnt lose, they drew; the score was 1-1. And to this day, Chelsea have never lost to barca since the abramovic era when the game has been 11 vs 11 and no red cards. why is it 'LMAO ae Essiens strike..... " They were both left footed volleys from similar positions. Except Zidane was unmarked and had about 2 seconds to line himself up for the shot. Essien didnt.

1st leg they created quite a few chances and had it not been for poor finishing and some top saves by Cech they could have won, personally I thought not really trying for an away goal was a massive mistake.Even though you started with 2 up top yesterday your tactics were more or less identical to last week and as a result you got what you deserved, allowing a team like Barcelona that amount of possession over 2 legs and expecting 1 goal to settle it is insane. Even when facing 10 men you didn't retain the ball.

from how i saw it chelsea were on the back foot for the majority of the game.i agree they should have had 2 pens.but to suggest they somehow outplayed barca is laughable tbh.

Chelsea can feel aggrieved with yesterday's game with the penalty decisions.Chelsea had the better, clear cut opportunities which they should have put the game out of sight really but to add insult to injury 3 of the 4 appeals should have been definite penalties.BUT Chelsea can only blame themselves though.Anelka fell over himself, stupid c*nt lost his own feet, if he didn't clip himself they'd be in the CL final again. Drogba missed that sitter - again WTF 'how can he miss?', Lampard's left foot drive was wayward but he probably could have moved it on to his right and I reckon he would have scored, you know how fat Frankie L does. JT's header from the corner where Alex was inches away. Drogba early on could have ran clean through but couldn't control the ball.Barcelona on the other hand rarely threatened, apart from one cross in the first half that Alves put in to the 6 yard box bending away from the keeper but no one followed in every other cross was sh*t. Including the cross that led to the goal, that was all down to Eto'o keeping it in, Messi dribbling and laying it off for Iniesta to bend in. Besides the goal Barca tried to play too intricate trying to force through in the area but JT and Alex were brilliant at not letting them thorough. Barca were well contained, rarely allowed in to the area. Chelsea played narrow and tactically Hiddink just fell a little short of genius cos they f*cked up on the goal, they fell asleep, they didn't have their 2 lines of defense in front of the 18 yard line and I remember seeing that clear as day, everyone retreated in to the box and that allowed Iniesta to come from outside the area to the edge of the box/just in to the box and beat Cech.Everyone hates Chelsea but take them tinted shades off and you can see why they're so pissed.

LMAO @ Essiens strike being better than Zidane's.
seriously why??from what i remember roberto carlos' cross deflected 20 ft in the air and zidane was standing still unmarked. He had time to line up his volley and smashed it in the corneressien was running in with the ball being deflected at an angle on his weaker foot. The amount of dip essien managed to get was unbelievable.
