Basically...they all had to do some task cutting this fish and the people that came last would get demoted to a different section of the food manufacturing place e.g. the gutting section. The Asian geezer started working on the fish before they were told to and was therefore getting ahead.He still lost the task and got demoted but it pissed the black guy off a lot...
