anyone else get impatient when doing sets when you're coming to the last set and just start thinking about the next exercise ?

cant stand stinking motherf*ckers in the gym..... too many ffs put me off lifting 

 

this is what put me off gyms.

 

that and the grunting plus not wiping down the fucking area after use.

Im looking great since ive swapped my routine from heavy weight/ low reps to a more intense low reps high weight.

 

Ive dropped a few pounds and Im looking much bigger and ripped. Ive only been doing it for about 2-3 weeks. Just goes to show how switching your routine can give great results

anyone here use a belt? 

 

currently deadlifting 140 kg 4 reps

 

squatting 140 kg - 4-6 reps

 

never used a belt before, at this weight is it neccesary you think? or go up abit first?

 

dont need it to improve weight, cos i can just shout at myself. but to prevent injury. cos i watch my technique and compare to instructional vids for the excersies, and i know its not sloppy
