KayGee Posted October 19, 2015 Report Share Posted October 19, 2015 It is now, I used to just weight train but took this on and enjoy the technique aspect of the lifts and obviously I still get to train heavy squat, dead lift, rows, good mornings etc. for the strength. Do you have knee pain?  yeah, since my torn mcl its never been the same. odd thing is i find i have my pain in the other knee now.  Only triggers if i run on concrete/leg press/squat.
