JOHN DOE
There should be a lot of natural strength in the squat as soon as you have the tekkers down. My squat is 135kg DL - 160 Bench - 70 (I dont train it) Squat more, definitely. whats your definition like?

Currently experimenting with a 3 day, full body workout routine, incorporating alot of compound lifts in hope of building some good solid mass over the next few months. As its only a matter of mine before I sustain an injury That’s what happened to me, can’t really train legs without them now. Plus side of good wraps though is being able to lift a lot heavier, especially on squats.

Yung bawse
I think that article is misleading tbh I would say the 8 cans of redbull per day was more likely the cause of his illness rather than the steroids.. And if he's dumb enough to drink that many energy drinks then he was prob dumb enough to have the most dangerous stack out there .. Doubt it would of happened from a normal course but the article makes it seem like having a high calorie consumption and being on gear = death "Fitness enthusiast" " 10,000 calorie a day diet of burgers, pizzas and bacon sandwiches" "health-conscious young man" ? Afroman
^co sign Them guys that think they can bench them self out of junk food. On another note though. There are alot of supplements on road that people are just guzzling on without knowing what's really inside. Staying away from all these things
Heero Yuy
lol most of the olympia guys eat shit load of junk food, only way they could really reach the kinda calories they need though. definitely the energy drinks that done him, if he was using pill based steroids as well then that would've been the nail in the coffin for his liver. R.I.P anyway, shit way to go.
