Meticulous
also gonna be adding drag curls anything to gain by changing the width of grip? I fixed my bad form by holding my elbows close to my ribs, so I could see any elbow movement in the mirror, but with that now fixed, I think I could keep my elbows still while wider, if there is any reason to do so. Wider grip = focus on the outer part of the muscle Closer grip = focus on the inner part of the muscle Structure your routine to have exercises which utilise both grips. wider grip = more inner part and vice versa

Once I got used to the cross-armed stance at least. Tried cross grip at first but when weight gets heavier it's harder to balance i find Now I use olympic style grip. Requires good wrist flexibility but you get used to it after a while
Heero Yuy
I can’t go heavy on front squats for that exact reason, haven't got good wrist flexibility either. Just aim to do as many reps as possible, absolutely brutal.
HangTheDJ
I can only do front squats with a crossed grip, miles off doing it the proper way
Niall Ferguson
I can only do front squats with a crossed grip, miles off doing it the proper way There is no proper way. Try front squatting 120kgs with the Olympic grip and see if your wrists dont come off.

KayGee
I front squat heavy with a clean (hooked) grip. The higher you can keep your elbows the better so its best to just work on that flexibility, do lots of stretching in the rack position. Lens
Tried front raises for the first time. Could only manage the bar, not a gram of additional iron. I now have an exercise where my PT is 0kg
Thizz
How can it be 0kg if you lifted the bar?
Lens
Can't count the bar without knowing its exact weight so I treat it as zero to avoid falsifying my claims
