which type are u guys going for? just 'Impact Whey Protein'?

alrite mate - yeh Impact Whey Protein is the best valued one on there and most popular. You dont need the Isolate unless your lactose intolerant imo.

If you haven't registered before and order use MP108083 as a referal code and you will get 5% off. I will get some "points" but they are worth hardly anything.

Flavor wise I have used.....Chocolate Nut which is nice, Chocolate Smooth again is good, The Mocha and Latte flavors taste more or less the same and taste well nice if you mix it in a blender with Snake Hunter HD. Protein Starbucks!!

Look at their Instant Oats too as you mix the unflavored stuff with whey to make a quick meal. Its basically porridge oats ground to a fine powder to make it easier to mix.

some cleverd*ck gone and wiped the mirror in front of my favourite rack, i hate mirrors in front of racks but this one was so filthy it no longer functioned as such, it had this one fleck of blood that i used to focus on when squatting, someone had either been squatting very hard or picking their bacne. it was their for months but now its gone. I missed it today.

How do you lot manage to stay disciplined especially you uni guys during your term breaks? I've been doing really well for the past 4 weeks, my diet has been on point but i have been working loads so it is easy to stick the routine. Day off today for a long while and i am catting hard for shitty food and drink, am yet to give in but have a proper urge.

IIFYM ftw!! (google it) You can get youR protein, carb and fat intake from anything like chicken and rice to a box of chicken nuggets from McDonalds. People favour what they refer to as "clean" foods as they are not calorie dense so you can eat more of it.

You can lose weight and trim up eating McDonalds on a daily basis if you want. This dude is an example of that.

There is no "good" or "bad" foods. You see competing bodybuilders eating pop tarts and cereals etc nowadays.

Also google LeanGains by Martin Berkhan and see what people eat and still get shredded.

Also the guides and things people follow on the Internet and usually body builders guide. People who compete and body building is their life. If your like the majority of people who go gym for fitness, well being and to look and feel good then you don't have to be so militant on yourself. Obviously the more strict you are with diet the better, but your not gonna loose anything if you miss a meal, or pig out every now and again.

For me it's about balance. If I am constantly worrying about calories/protein etc 24/7, then I wouldn't even be happy.

Eating a general well balanced diet, going gym and executing correct exercises/lifts, resting properly = no reason why you shouldn't make gains.

other important thing is you have to enjoy your training. bare dons force themselves to go gym and hate it. find a something you enjoy 1st and then build from there. Otherwise you wont last very long.

/I've been ill all week and been clawing at the walls to get back in gym. Finally over the worst if it gonna bang some press ups and pullups 2moro. then hit gym on monday night to get back into di swing.

You done the right thing by taking time off bro. Otherwise you would of been ill for longer.

I always get myself back into it by doing sets of pull ups a few days before too. Gets you pumped up eager to start lifting again.

Ha, I'm not following a body builders routine as I don't want to get wedge.

I'm just wanting to maintain a healthy clean diet. Eating donalds yet still going gym isn't the one for me, if it works for you though that's kl.

I was just saying when I'm at work I have set times when I eat etc and am so busy that its easy to stick to a routine, days off when I'm just chilling at home I just wanna munch, not necessarily because I am hungry just out of boredom moretime.

depends on you

i dont like to do chest and tri same day so do it with shoulders and do biceps with chest

if you go 5+ days then yeah you can have an arms day
