The new defending system is jarring atm cos Im used to pressuring with the A pass button. But when I get used to it I can see it being mad effective

You can also change the defensive settings in the controller menu from Tactical to Legacy defending

Legacy defending aka pressure A doesn't seem to be as effective as the previous Fifa titles though.. It doesn't lunge in as much on a shoulder to shoulder.. so I'm guessing Fifa are trying to enforce the Tactical defending way of playing

Swear it takes me a minute or two to get the ball back.

Computer AI seems sick tbh, like if a player is running down the wing and you give him space he'll cut in and look for the shot/cutback option instead of just instantly crossing.

I keep holding down right bumper for finesse pass and I have fucking Nesta doing Ronaldinho elastico passes in the fucking defence.

This demo is making me rage, how long does it take to get the ball back off AI as well? Fear of losing the ball means you can't make the risky passes you'd normally want to because you'd be spending the next 5 minutes jockeying some fat bastard. RAGE

Certain heads are going to get eaten online with the tactical defending.

Tbh im sorting getting it now, just a mix of jockeying/contain until you pressure the opposition into a miss placed pass or an opportunity to commit shows itself.
