Tbh I could see why people were angry... you're paying for a service that is constantly pissing about.

Then you have people like T-Mobile sending stupid messages saying it's not their problem it's blackberry's, well I didn't know people pay Blackberry for contracts every month.

Anyhooz... glad I got free text and mins :D

Don't be silly

If I have a problem with my phone ill phone my service provider, or do you have a number for RIM personally?

TMobile sent out texts taking themselves out of the problem which is fair enough because it's not their fault... but at the same time customers still have a right to take their issues to them because it is not Blackberry that sold them a phone.

if you read your service agreement, somewhere in there i'll bet t mobile has a disclaimer regarding third party services. so technically speaking their just mediators.

Soca is right still

End of the day if skysports went down your gonna be phoning up sky or virgin and goin in at them. You pay separately for their services too but your not gonna start phoning skysports when technical issues arise.

Your service provider is the first point of contact and then its the vendor.

If your phone ain't switching on in the morning, you ring your service provider first and speak to their help teams. If they can't resolve your issue you'd then be referred to the vendor.
