Did this at the past two Glastonburys but it was 3 x 8 hour shifts over like 5 days. One shift can even be before the festival starts if you're lucky. Much easier to sneak in personal supplies if you're a worker (big bits guys were getting baited for- even smoking in the workers camping area.) Instantly kick you out and deposit gone + travelling back from Somerset to ends

 

Couple people signed up for it just cos they couldn't get tickets then once in the festival just never left. Shifts can actually be jokes- mainly cos I worked with my best mate standing up/ staying awake for 12hrs can be long though- had to do that shit at the olympics 

 

Going Parklife but not sorted any afterparties. Are there any clubs that you won't need tickets for in Manny?

 

Sleeping arrangements should be interesting, can't see myself sleeping for the weekend much tho.

 

 

Also going to this at the Olympic Park in July with my boy coming down from Liverpool. Think there's a few other fests in London that weekend so hopefully a nice afterparty cos it ends like midnight

 

 

Wanted to go Glasto again but the main stage is a bit too indie/rock for me this year.

 

Everywhere looks ticket only for the after parties, im sure you could pick one up at Parklife with some people not being able to hack the full day/night.

 

Where you coming down from? My garden actually backs onto Heaton Park.

 

Sorted a room out now actually- cheers if you were offering though. Booked some Mistjam afterparty for the Saturday at Ruby Lounge? (one of the few left) Will probably scout around Fallowfield on the Sunday for a houseparty/ tickets
