Best sending them out on loan which happens Thats even worse . They need first team experience in the highest league and playing at the highest level . Think about it most players become great players from match EXPERIENCE . take jjosh mceachran for instance . If he got some games under his belt at the highest level he could be a world class player but he won't ever grow into a player sitting on the bench while chelsea buy players for the fun of it NAIL ON HEAD! Arsenal had over 20 players out on loan this season we can't play these players it's to high risk. It's a results based business. So if Carlton cole was not shipped out left right and centre while at Chelsea and got to play with great players they got would he be world class now?
