Its not a must. You can live and be happy with out it
Lol that wasn't straight forward
You can live without legs and be happy with it, it doesn't make legs a myth.
pmsl horrible comparison
Havent really thought this through but find it weird how people top themselves due to lack of affection.
Well it not just lack of affection, I've never heard of that, it's loneliness.
Not having anyone to talk to, share anything with, not feeling loved, not feeling you can rely on someone etc etc
Duno what goes through peoples heads.
I read a book once with a very good analysis of suicide
We're told to think of a weighing scale.
Imagine on one side there is
'Pain'
And on the other side 'Ability to cope with pain'
When the pain outweighs the ability to cope with pain, you get things like mental breakdowns, self-harm & suicides
Everybody has different ability to cope with pain (that can include support networks, not just emotional resilience)
Just as everyone has different ability to perform varying physical feats
yeah this is how i see it
Wudu and salat always helps when im feeling down or a call on viber to mumzie
Support networks arent what they are cracked up to be. Cant be expecting someone to be at ur beck and call especially with people outside the family imo
Well played....settled a nice debate at work for me with this

it looked wrong when i typed it but I was sure thats how it was spelt
It's one of those funny coloquialisms (sp?) that foreigners twist and turn.... I was adament that is was beck and call, but got bullied into thinking it should be becon call or beckoned call
.......reminds me of another coloquialism I heard at my welsh mate's house...
His mum asked..... "Who's coat is that jacket?"

This cuddle shop is a crazy idea... The thought of it is jokes....imagine she starts caking off it..... opens up other branches.... lol
Female friend of mine told me she finds it very unattractive when her bf asks for cuddles.
Maybe its the way he asks
Why does he even ask?
As a child i was never one a dem cuddly needy children. As I've got older I've realised my need and there's not much more satisfying than a good cuddle

was reading one article the other day
suicide is the biggest killer among men aged 18-30 apparently
a lot of different things like pride, failure to reach perceived high standards etc
they described it as a 'crisis of masculinity'
was an interesting read
