Saw black and blue earlier and was reading an article and scrolled back to the top and was white and gold

I've tried to see white and gold, put the brightness up, tried blinking fast and squinting

 

just can't see it...

Earlier the light from my window made it look white and gold

Now that it's darker it looks black and blue(the correct colour)

Just read on twitter that today the company's sales have gone up 347% because of the hype

Im really confused by this, Is half the world colour blind or something?

There is zero resemblance of white and gold?

This morning someone sent me the pic.. To which I replied "white and gold obviously".. I screenshotted the picture, it's been sitting in my photo album, now the picture in my photo album and every pic I see of the dress is blue and black.. Spinning me out I keep trying to change it back

Its white and gold for me but I might go home and view it later and see it as blue and black.

Well thats the explanation in the articles. Maybe the slight variance in light and shade from different viewing angles affected it.

Done the same with about 10-12 people, everyone said white and gold

My boy after told me to send him the pic I showed him, said nah its a different one, where's the one I showed him, but I sent him the same one I showed him

I'm sure I was looking at it earlier and it was white+gold, now its black+blue - same screen, main difference is the amount of background light
