Finally got around to watching this on Saturday seeing as Channel 5 finally put it for catch up.

The show is poor it has not really got any direction but I will wait for a few other episodes. I have seen the major complaint from people online is that it never showed how people managed to change their life around.

They could of gone into more detail about Quincey his story is the real deal felt like they hardly touched it.
