TBH if I recall correctly, first 2 or 3 episodes aren't exactly a great representation of the show. It doesn't/isn't meant to get you hooked on the first show like most tv shows do. I don't even remember why I continued watching infact. But you follow & appreciate, and it becomes Class A tv imo.
